DNA Project is a non-profit, public benefit organisation that recognizes the critical importance of DNA evidence in the resolution of crimes. With the combined use of DNA testing and the ‘National DNA Database’, a recognition tool developed by the South African national intelligence service, DNA Project claims that it is not only possible to solve some criminal cases that have remained unsolved, but even to prevent crimes. Put this way, it might seem to be something totally alien to the daily life of everyone of us. In reality, DNA Project is convinced that everyone’s help is fundamental to ensuring that justice is done.
