How did Madonna get that Face? Did Madonna undergo Plastic Surgery? If she did, how did she look before and after? That’s the big question going around for a while now. Many fans defend that Madonna didn’t have any procedure done, but the truth is that she looks somehow different and very good for her age. In many of Madonna’s public appearances for awards and for her videos and concerts, she looks always youthful and wrinkle free, so the speculation just goes higher. Madonna is well known for her good working out habits, special diets and life style, so it is not a surprise that she maintain a healthy body, but lately she looks a bit different and people don’t stop to say that she got some plastic surgery procedure done.

“It looks like she had a sapphire abrasion or a vibra facial. These are procedures in which the skin is exfoliated and a serum is applied,” said Dr. Suzan Obagi, director of the University of Pittsburgh’s Cosmetic Surgery and Skin Health Center. With sapphire abrasion, a tool coated with sapphire crystals aggressively rubs the skin, removing remnants of dead cells. The technique can also be done with diamond crystals. “Usually patients will leave the office looking red and shiny because a layer of skin has been removed,” Obagi explained. “It doesn’t look like anything more aggressive — she wouldn’t have been healed and able to put on makeup by the next day.” Dr. Bruce Katz, director of Mt. Sinai School of Medicine’s Juva Skin and Laser Clinic, argued that lasers had a hand in Madonna’s fresh face. “It’s very likely she’s had a new laser treatment called fractional resurfacing. It tightens the skin, takes away wrinkles, and tightens pores,” he said. “Her skin looks great — no sunspots, it’s supple, not tight, so it doesn’t have that pulled look, which is indicative of a facial treatment as opposed to surgery.”

Here’s my take: 1) Her forehead, glabella (between the eyebrows), and eyes look virtually wrinkle-free. This is very unusual in a woman her age. My guess is that her plastic surgeon does a nice Botox job. 2) Her cheeks are very soft and full for someone with such low body fat. This can be a possible result of Fat Grafting or Sculptra Injections. My comments on her recent “bruise” photos can be seen in last week’s In Touch Weekly. 3) She has a very nice jawline for someone her age.Overall, I think she looks fantastic. Of course, Madonna has never owned up to having work done to her face, saying only that she’s managed to fight wrinkles with a very healthy diet and lots of exercise. Specialists, though, would beg to differ, for the proportions and distances on her face have changed substantially in time, which could only mean she’s done something to it. Reports claim she’s had cheek implants, a facelift, Botox and fillers done bla bla bla… But when we think of Madonna, we think: America’s material girl, Vogue-ing, her cowboy hat, her fabulous body, and how lucky her kids are to have such a talented mom, how lucky some people is to have worked with her! We also think of how punk rock this pop star has always been; Madonna has always played by her own rules and knows what it means to make a statement. Now, having obviously gone through some sort of cosmetic facial procedures, she appears gorgeous and age-defying, YES!

We have to keep in mind that we are talking about one of most professional women of show business. She know very well how to manage business and all of us too. So if we just like to gossip about Madonna, we can stay here for years and years, because she was, and she is one of the most famous and discussed women on this planet. Every single woman in this world is a bit jealous about Madonna. For many different reasons. Sure that no one  will recognize that to others. But for sure, many of us are ready to sell their soul to Devil to have a younger look especially when we are over 50. And maybe be so famous  rich and…a top boy/girl at our disposition. YES…sounds very “vulgar” but…that is. We all ar sometime very vulgar. Thank you Madonna for all the emotions you give us. We prefer you BEFORE and AFTER too.
