Maryana Naumova, lifts weight two times heavier than her own (87,5 kg!). She is called the strongest girl in the world. Maryana trains three times a week. Her father is a powerlifting champion of Russia. He is engaged in sports education of Maryana. Vladimir Kravtsov is an idol for the girl. For that moment the absolute record for Russia belonged to him, 302,5 kg. Maryana studies rather well. Looking at her you would never think that she sets records in powerligting. Why didn’t she choose another kind of sport like gymnastics? Because of her father. Once he took her to power lifting competitions where she tried to lift a curl bar without loads (20 kg) and managed with that. She lives with her family in Khimki, Moscow region. She likes to communicate with her friends in social networks. Up to date she has set fourteen world records. One of the last records – 87,5 kg. She dreams to become the first teenage girl who would lift 100 kg and to participate in the most prestigious competition “Arnold Classic” organized by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
