Founded by fashion editor and stylist David Bradshaw, formerly creative director for Prada, Calvin Klein, Versace and launch editor of GQ Style, Huntergather first appeared in its current form in December 2012. Described as “a collective; a repository of ideas; a gathering of minds and a fashion label” the brand arrives in bricks and mortar form on Wigmore Street, London. Spring Summer 2014 recently showcased at LCM, the line places itself in the ‘affordable luxury’ bracket, looking to offer staples: the white shirt, the pea coat, good quality cashmere…without the frightening price tag. Alongside men’s and womenswear the space includes an in-store cafe with food from Peardrop and Coffee courtesy of Climpson & Sons as well as furniture from 2 Columbia Road available to buy.
