After graduating in architecture in Switzerland, Italian architect/filmmaker and photographer Valentina Vasi, traveled for few years in the United States to make some work experience. Returned to Milano she decided to devote herself to photography – her golden dream. And we have to admit, that she is able to capture the details in a very special way. Portrait photography can be one of the most challenging forms of photography. Capturing a photo that appears natural and conveys the subject’s personality is a skill that takes patience and practice. She utilizes a multitude of platforms to produce work that is systematically executed, conceptually based, and democratically presented. Minimalist in nature, Valentina aims to create atmospheres of clarity and neutrality to facilitate the viewer’s access to the material.
