ccording to the modern man, how you present is much more important than what you present. And keeping this concept in mind, French ( Hong Kong-based ) designer Guillaume Bordas has designed this Puzzle Sunglasses that can be delivered absolutely flat. But don’t get puzzled by the idea. It’s just the uncommon way of presenting a gift. These specs are an innovation in both fashion and packaging design. The glasses are designed to be produced and constructed just like a model car kit. Just twist the injection-molded parts from their plastic frame, smooth the edges and ‘flash’ with a light sanding, and assemble the glasses using the step-by-step instructions. The advantages of this flat-packed design, are that thousands of sunglasses can be mass-produced quickly. There is no need to have workers assembling the pieces, and the finished product can be shipped by the hundreds in relatively small boxes. The shades look pretty stylish too, with tortoise-shell modern rectangular frames. Our compliments and hope Luxottica pay attention on this guy!
