Having a pet is usually a rite of childhood. Whether it is a hermit crab or gold fish, a dog, cat or horse, children enjoy the companionship offered by animals. Did you know, however, that not only can pets be a source of warm, fuzzy entertainment, but they can offer several developmental benefits to children as well? A child’s physical, social, emotional and cognitive development can all be encouraged by interaction with the family pet. Tasuku, a little boy from Japan and his French bulldog Muu are just the greatest of friends. Tasuku’s parents snapped these candid shots of the two bffs doing all sorts of bff things like napping,…a lot, playing video games, going for walks, and even being in time-out zone together. There’s nothing cuter than a child and his furry little best friend who is always at his side. Tasuku and Muu are exactly that. The best of buds have a lot in common…You’ll notice they love nap time. They even cuddle up into the blanket together, they like to have sleepovers. Muu loves Tasuku so much that he lets him use his belly as a pillow. Sometimes they pile on top of each other, because that’s what BFFs do. And when Muu was bad, Tasuku followed him because that’s what a best friend does. Just watch the nice pictures below.
