In his London-based studio interior and object design work together perfectly. Harry’s background in goldsmithery and craftsmanship is visible in his approach and attention to detail. Traditional techniques and high quality are the core of his works, and Atelierhouse project is no exception. “Atelierhouse is a project commissioned by the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Museion in Bolzano, Italy. The project was to create both a living space and working studio for an artist, with furnishings that can transform and be rearranged. Thaler built this space using timber wood and black mdf, with the traditional technique of all nails.” ( © www.thisispaper.com – Words: Harry Thaler – Photography: Filippo Bamberghi )
