PARAMOUNT-ALMA RESIDENCE By Plasma Studio

Plasma Studio renovated this angular home last year in the beautiful grasslands of South Tyrol, Italy. The architects take advantage of the owner’s previously unused roof space to create inhabitable rooms. Traditional ceiling has been replaced by sharply undulating lines that double as light filters. With a 360-degree view of the surroundings, every side of the house has an entrance or access to the outside that slope along the topography. Even the sky is on view from the inside, with a sky-lit stairwell and corridor. The interior is just as dynamic as the exterior, its purposely all-white interior changing as the shadows of the landscape shift throughout the day.
